Diego Aguilera is an associate of the Santa Cruz Office. He joined the firm after extensive experience in the public sector, where he was General Counsel at the Ministry of Productive Development and the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance.
His professional activity mainñy in the commercial field, as well as in matters of administrative and regulatory Law.
In corporate and commercial law, he covers areas of commercial practice, such as mergers and acquisitions and advice to national and international companies.
As for his practice in administrative law, he regularly advises companies and public entities, in matters of public procurement, authorizations and licences, public assets, sanctioning procedures, etc.
Diego graduated in 2010 from the Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra with a Master’s Degree in Development Projects from the Jean Jaures University of Toulouse, France.
