Pearson College of Pacific United World Colleges in 1987. She obtained her law degree in 2000 from the Law School of the Universidad Mayor de San Andres, La Paz, Bolivia.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Ballivi\u00e1n has participated in several international seminars and conferences related to Aviation Law.
