Guillermo Barragán

Guillermo Barragán is a Senior Advisor to C.R. & F. Rojas Abogados, focusing on the business and strategic aspects of foreign investment, technology, natural resources, and the development of complex projects in Bolivia.

Before joining the firm, Guillermo built more than two decades of international management experience across the technology, telecommunications, mobile, logistics, and consumer-services sectors. He has lived and worked in more than fourteen countries and has led multi-million-dollar projects involving operational build-outs, supply-chain outsourcing, business-process transformation, technology implementation, and sales and operations optimisation.

His previous leadership roles include global strategy and execution positions at Brightstar Corp., where he contributed to the company's international expansion; Global Implementation Director at Kingfisher; and Chief Strategy Officer and Strategy Execution lead at The Cobblers. He is also Senior Managing Partner of Trans4mation Solutions, advising organisations on intelligent business transformation. His international project experience has included work for multinational clients such as SoftBank Japan, Globe Telecom, Telecom New Zealand, and Vodafone Turkey.

Guillermo works alongside the firm's legal teams in advising international companies, investors, and project sponsors on market entry, investment structuring, operational strategy, project feasibility, and local execution. By combining commercial and implementation experience with the firm's legal and regulatory capabilities, he helps clients translate investment strategy into workable projects in Bolivia.
