César González is a partner of C.R. & Rojas Abogados and works from the La Paz office.

He has been a partner of the Firm since 2021. His practice generally spans international corporate and commercial law, with a focus on international transactions, international trade, M&A, private equity, and structuring of foreign direct investments.

Prior to joining the Firm, Cesar worked for Dewey & Leboeuf in New York and London, King & Wood in Madrid and Garrigues in Shanghai. He has broad experience in advising listed companies, state owned enterprises and SMEs in diferent types of international investments.

Cesar is currently a Director of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Bolivia, served for many years as the China representative of the Bolivian National of Commerce and is qualified to practice law in New York.
