Our Labour & Employment practice area offers services in connection with individual Labor laws and Collective and Social Security laws. We provide advice on domestic and foreign recruitment, individual and collective employment relations management, and the application of Bolivian labor policies.

In addition to regular advice in day-to-day employment relationships, our labor team also advises clients in disciplinary investigations and procedures, in negotiations for terminations of employment contracts, termination of employment contracts, massive layoffs, voluntary retirement plans, restructuring processes, labor harassment cases, and in the design and implementation of tax-efficient benefit plans.
