Trademark Background Search

A review is performed in the database of Distinctive Signs of the National Service of Intellectual Property (SENAPI) to verify the existence of distinctive signs identical or similar to the one to be registered, together with a legal report providing an opinion on the chances of success in case of proceeding with the registration.

Trademark Registration

Advice, preparation, and filing of applications for registration of word, figurative and mixed trademarks before SENAPI, with follow-up and monitoring of the procedure, including correction of observations and advice to the client in the event of such observations.
