Elizabeth Landívar is a partner in the Santa Cruz office of C.R. & F. Rojas. She joined the firm in 1997 and was appointed partner in 2009.
Elizabeth has focused her practice on financing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law. She has extensive experience in national and international investment and disinvestment operations of companies in different sectors.
She has been involved in some of the most innovative and relevant financing and restructuring operations in Bolivia.
She has also been recognized for her work (particularly her corporate and M&A practice) by Chambers Global, Chambers LATAM, Latin Lawyer and IFLR 1000 .
