Josseline Nicole de las Heras Medina is an associate of the La Paz Office, specializing in contentious and litigation areas. She joined CRF Rojas in 2023 after extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, particularly in administrative and regulatory roles.
Her professional activity mainly focuses on civil, notarial, and procedural law. She regularly advises companies and public entities in these areas, ensuring compliance and providing strategic legal guidance.
In her practice, she covers areas such as contract drafting, legal document preparation, and process follow-ups. Josseline is skilled in handling disputes, preparing and managing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court.
Before joining CRF Rojas, Josseline worked at Soluciones Operativas Logísticas as a Legal Assistant, where she drafted legal documents, coordinated work with personnel, prepared contracts, and managed legal archives. She also served as an Auxiliary in the Anti-Corruption Division at the Prosecutor’s Office of La Paz, handling case rejections, preparing fiscal requirements, managing notifications, supporting precautionary measure hearings, receiving verbal complaints, and addressing anti-corruption cases. Additionally, she was a Public Management Advisor at the Chamber of Deputies, Plurinational State of Bolivia, where she drafted legislative projects, provided legal advice, and prepared conciliation minutes for conflicting sectors.
Josseline graduated with a degree in Law from Universidad Loyola and has pursued various postgraduate studies to further specialize in her field.
