Paula Bauer is a partner and head of the IP deparment of C.R. & Rojas Abogados and works from the La Paz office. Paula joined C.R. & Rojas Abogados in 2012 and has been a partner of the Firm since 2014.
Paula specialises in advising domestic and foreign companies on intellectual property, unfair competition and advertising law. She regularly advises companies from sectors such as technology, publishing, media, retail, food, telecommunications, banking, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. She is an expert in managing national and international trademark and patent portfolios, including registration, amendments, renewals, infringments and cancellations.
