Sandra Salinas is a partner at C.R. & Rojas Abogados and works from the La Paz office. He heads the Mining and Enviromental Law departments of the Firm. She joined the firm in 1993 and has been a partner since 2000.
She has 30 years of experience advising domestic and international clients. Her practice generally spans corporate and regulatory law, with a special expertise in enviromental, mining and tourism matters.
Sandra is a recurrent advisor to some of the biggest foreign companies investing in Bolivia in complex M&A transactions, mining projects, public tenders and enviromental issues.
Sandra has also conducted many analyses and audits on compliance with environmental regulations in mining and hydrocarbons transactions involving the transfer of industrial assets or within the scope of the self-regulating preventative measures adopted by companies. She is a member of the Interamerican Network of Environmental Law Specialists “RIELA” since November 2000 and has participated as a lecturer in different International Meetings on Environmental Law.
