Sergio Dávila is a Phd in Law and Senior Associate at the Santa Cruz office of C.R. & F. Rojas Lawyers.

He has more than 24 years of experience in advising on real estate operations and in matters of licenses and urban planning. He focuses his activity on advising on the structuring, granting of licenses and the development of real estate projects, on property acquisition processes, on the drafting of contracts and on regulatory issues and urban development.

Likewise, Sergio regularly gives conferences and seminars at different universities and schools, among which the coordination of various postgraduate courses with foreign universities, such as La Sapienza in Italy. He has also been a professor of the International Relations career at the NUR University.
