- Environmental Management Instruments: We regularly advise clients on obtaining or modifying their environmental management instruments, such as Environmental Impact Studies, Environmental Management Adjustment Programs, Certificates of Non-Existence of Archaeological Remains, Archaeological Monitoring Plans, among others. Our deep understanding of this field allows us to preemptively clarify ambiguities and respond effectively to diverse observations, including those involving government authority competencies.
