Regulation of Sanctions and Commercial and Accounting Infractions for the Corporate Regulator

On January 29, 2021 through Administrative Resolution RA/AEMP/No.009/2021 (the “Regulation”), the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy issued the Regulation of Sanctions and Commercial and Accounting Infractions, for the Corporate Regulator (“AEMP”). Annulling in whole the Regulation of Sanctions and Commercial Violations, approved by Internal Administrative Resolution RAI/AEMP/No.: 052/2011, dated August 16, 2011.
