Antonio Sanjinés, is a partner in the Santa Cruz office of C.R. & F. Rojas and since joining the firm, he has focused his professional activity in the field of Labor Law and Social Security.
He has extensive experience advising Bolivian and foreign companies on labor matters and has intervened in numerous employment regulation files.
Advises on matters related to employment contracts, including senior management contracts, collective agreements, remuneration systems, advantages and social benefits, codes of conduct and other company policies. He also advises Bolivian and foreign companies on matters related to Immigration Law.
An important part of his professional practice is focused on advising on matters related to conflicts and litigation of a labor nature, representing clients before the courts and tribunals and in out-of-court negotiations.
Antonio also advises international and domestic companies on complex Agribusiness and Real Estate matters.
