Ms. Carrasco obtained a Diploma in “Civil Procedural Law, Oral and Written” from Universidad de Los Andes (2004), La Paz, Bolivia and a “Diploma in Notarial Law” from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (2010), La Paz, Bolivia.
