Since joining the firm in 2006, he has focused his professional activity in the field of Labor Law and Social Security, in which he covers all areas of practice.
He has extensive experience in advising Bolivian and foreign companies in the drafting and termination of employment contracts, especially senior management, as well as in relation to labor issues that arise in operations of acquisition, merger and restructuring of companies and in numerous employment regulation and collective bargaining files.
