Pablo René Rojas Moreno

Pablo René Rojas Moreno is a Senior Partner of C.R. & F. Rojas Abogados and has been a member of the firm since 1995. He graduated from Marlborough College, Wiltshire, England in 1989, obtained his law degree from the Law School of the Universidad Católica Boliviana in La Paz, and was admitted to practice in 2002.

For decades, Mr. Rojas has advised leading multinational companies on their investments in Bolivia, guiding them through the legal and regulatory aspects of entering, operating and expanding in the country.

Mr. Rojas holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate University School of Law (2002). He taught Commercial Law at Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” in La Paz (2007–2009) and completed programmes at Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (Diploma in Higher Education, 2002), Hastings Law School (Intensive Negotiation Program, 2006) and the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School (Lex Mundi Management Program, 2014).

Mr. Rojas has spoken and served as a panel member before the International Bar Association (2007 and 2009, “Tax Incentives”) and the University of Miami (2009 and 2011, “Seminar for Corporate Counsel”).

Mr. Rojas served as General Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Denmark before the Plurinational State of Bolivia from 2017 to June 2026.

Mr. Rojas is a Knight of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta and currently serves as its Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador before the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
