Our practice covers employment terms, compensation, collective relations, social security, workplace investigations, terminations, compliance, and litigation.
Overview
Our Labour & Employment practice area offers services in connection with individual labour laws and collective and social security laws. We provide advice on domestic and foreign recruitment, individual and collective employment relations management, and the application of Bolivian labour policies.
In addition to regular advice on day-to-day employment relationships, our labour team advises clients in disciplinary investigations and procedures, in negotiations for the termination of employment contracts, terminations, mass layoffs, voluntary retirement plans, restructuring processes, labour harassment cases, and in the design and implementation of tax-efficient benefit plans.
