Supreme Decree No. 5747 of 13 October 2026 makes proof of foreign-currency inflows a condition for obtaining the M-03 Single Export Form, and ends the central bank's gold export certificate and its purchase and sale obligations.

The law approves the Extended Fund Facility loan and annexes the policy memorandum that sets out reforms to 2029. The IMF Executive Board approved the arrangement on 2 October.
