Supreme Decree No. 5676 introduces a Reference Price for Diesel sold to Direct Clients, GRACOS and Direct Users, while keeping fixed prices for other consumers.
6 July 2026
Private operators may now import diesel and gasoline directly. The decree ends a long-standing state monopoly on fuel importation and creates a licensing route for private participation.
