Supreme Decree No. 5708 extends the Law No. 1733 tax regularisation deadline to 31 December 2026. We examine what changes, what remains unchanged and how it compares with ordinary payment facilities.
6 July 2026
Private operators may now import diesel and gasoline directly. The decree ends a long-standing state monopoly on fuel importation and creates a licensing route for private participation.
